Physical Products (Bangladesh Only)

Physical products are sold and delivered only within Bangladesh.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately after receiving it.

If you believe the product received does not match the product description, specifications, images, or the item ordered from https://djsakib.com/, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

Order Number
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours for product mismatch may not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

A return or refund may be approved within 7 days of delivery only if:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged during shipping.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The product significantly differs from the description shown on our website.

All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Non-Returnable Physical Products

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

The request is submitted more than 24 hours after delivery for product mismatch claims.
The customer changes their mind after purchase.
The product has been used, washed, damaged, modified, or is missing its original packaging or accessories.

Digital Products (Worldwide)

Digital products, including but not limited to Samples, Presets, Download Packs, and other downloadable content, are available worldwide.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned:

All digital product sales are final.
No refunds.
No returns.
No exchanges.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for an eligible physical product, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
